Programming Staff : Grace Bir, Religious School Director

Grace Bir is a native El Pasoan, a part-time business woman and a wonderful bubbie (just ask her husband, Simon). After a career working for Bell/AT & T in customer service, she opened Professionally Speaking, a customer relations training firm, 1990. In that same year, she earned her Bachelor's in Business Administration from UTEP.

Grace has six years of teaching experience in Temple's Religious School, where she was known for creating a heart-warming and fun-loving environment for her students.  Her love of children, her love of Judaism, and her warm and outgoing personality are all tremendous assets.  We are grateful to "Mrs. B"  for serving as our Religious School Director.

Susan Jaffee's role at Temple is to welcome all of our members, new and long-time, and to help them find ways to become more involved in Temple life. She is the driving force behind the work of M'kom Refuah, our Healing Resource Center.
