Praying - Shabbat
Shabbat

Kabbalat Shabbat Services, 6:15 pm every Friday. Our Kabbalat Shabbat services are joyful and musical.

We offer an Oneg Shabbat at 5:45, with appetizers. The service typically concludes at about 7:15 pm.(Note: Periodically, Friday services are moved to 8:00 pm for special services.  Please visit our calendar to confirm the time of this week's service.)

Family Kabbalat Shabbat Services
On the first Friday of each month, Shabbat services are conducted from Gates of Prayer for Young People, the Reform movement's prayerbook for children.  Rabbi Bach tells a story and offers a blessing for the members of our community who are celebrating a birthday or anniversary during the month.

Shabbat Morning Services, 10:30 am every Saturday. We often pray from the draft edition of Mishkan Tefillah, the soon-to-be-published Siddur of the Reform Movement. The focus of our Shabbat morning service is the reading and discussion of the weekly Torah portion. Like our Kabbalat Shabbat services the night before, Shabbat morning is joyful and music-filled.

Torah Study precedes the service, at 9:30 am.
